Sunday, March 20, 2005. Three different additional first class values were issued between November, 1968 and December 1971, to accommodate postal rate increases. Two different colours were used for the 6c stamps, and these have produced the most varieties, due to having being issued during the time of greatest experimentation by Canada Post.
