Notes:
  1. The "perforation" cuts for the initial printing of all three values vary between 7 and 7.5 per 2 cm., while those of a later printing vary between 8 and 9.  Compound perforations exist, different measurements on the top and bottom of individual single stamps. More study is needed to determine if there is any consistency.
  2. The Die cut values were included in the 2006 first quarter stamp packs.
