Notes:
-
Singles from the souvenir sheet are identical to the stamps from the sheets of 50.
-
On the original printing of the 3c value, four of the stamps from the sheet of 50 have no space after Canada, before the insect name. This occured on row 2, stamps 1 to 4. [image]
-
This error was corrected with the reprint of the 3c value in December 2009. All the stamps in the sheet were additionally modified by making the black border thinner, which exposes more of the bottom of the "3" than on the originals.
-
The 5c and 10c were also reprinted with the modified borders in late 2009.
-
The original printings of the five values were produced in press sheets of 400, which included three panes of the 1c stamps, 2 of the 10c stamps and one each of the 3c, 5c and 25c stamps. These were cut into individual sheets of 50 for post office sales. Uncut press sheets were also made available in limited numbers by Canada Post.

Notes:
- The stamps in the regular sheets were printed on paper with white gum, while those on the souvenir sheets were printed on paper with blue-green gum.
- The 6c value has a strange inscription error found in all four corners of the pane. They were inscribed as "Lowe Martin" as the printer instead of Canadian Bank Note. Reprints are expected to be corrected.
- The printings of the five values were produced in press sheets of 400, which included three panes of the 9c stamps, 2 of the 8c stamps and one each of the 4c, 6c and 7c stamps. These were cut into individual sheets of 50 for post office sales. Uncut press sheets were also made available in limited numbers by Canada Post.
